Lance Hart

With over 20 years of experience in commercial banking, Lance Hart brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise, particularly in Commercial and Industrial (C&I) Lending. In addition to leading community banking efforts, Lance also served as President of a wholesale distribution business for 13 years, where he honed his leadership and financial management skills.

Lance holds a BS in Business Management with a Minor in Psychology from Trinity University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Kansas. His educational background complements his practical experience, allowing him to deliver tailored financial solutions to his clients.

Lance's philosophy to business is simple: stay focused and have fun. He strives to understand his clients' needs, providing strategic guidance while ensuring an enjoyable and productive experience.

As an active board member of Heartland International Ministry, Lance dedicates his time to making a difference in his community. In his free time, he enjoys family activities with his wife of over 30 years and their grown daughter and son.
